My House Build

My husband and I had the fantastic opportunity to build our own house.
I took some time out from my business to project managed the build. This was very scary at the beginning but i took it all in my stride. Fortunatly i knew exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it to look.

We wanted a rustic warm feel without the look of a new house. A lot of wood was used especially on the stair wall. I had farmhouse doors fitted for the rustic farmhouse feel. Each bathroom has a different look.

The kitchen is the largest room with a dining area and lounge area with log burner.
I sourced all the furniture which is predominently french.
